The historic North Road fascinates travelers with spectacular stelae over 2000 years of Axum, the rock churches of Lalibela built there more than 800 years , the castles of Gondar , the island monasteries of Lake Tana , the largest Blue Nile Falls . Your foray into the wonderful Simien Mountains you will see families Gelada baboons and appreciate the special flora of the high peaks .
