Day 3: Wondogenet

Your destination today will vary based on departure dates, ensuring a unique experience each time

One of the most fascinating aspects of Lake Chanti is the migration of the flamingos. Every year, these majestic birds flock to the lake, creating an incredible spectacle.

The flamingos choose this location due to its richness in algae, which are their primary food source.

The migration period coincides with the rainy season, when the lake is at its highest level, thus enriching its ecosystem. The flamingos, with their vibrant plumage and graceful movements, add a splash of color and life to the lake.

Observing these birds as they feed, breed, or fly in formation is an unforgettable experience that attracts ornithologists and wildlife enthusiasts from around the world.
